5 Steps in Completing an Interior Painting Project
Room Preparation
Bring all furnishings to the center of a room and cover with plastic. All floor surfaces are covered with paper and drop cloths.
Wall Inspection
Examine all walls and molding for cracks. All cracks will be sealed and repaired.
Paint Application
Most walls require two coats of water-base latex paint. All moldings and trim are painted with an oil-base enamel.
Clean-up & Final walkthrough
Once the project is finished, we clean up and haul away trash. All furnishings are returned to their original positions. Afterwards, we do a complete walkthrough with the client to ensure project is complete and measures up to the quality of work our client expects.
